Matt, encouraged by his parents to dream big, initially pursued a career in athletics, eventually being drafted to play professional football as a Free Safety. However, after a couple of major injuries, his football career ended, and he turned to entrepreneurship. His father's wise words, “Show me your mentor and I’ll show you your future,” guided Matt on a quest to find the right mentor.
Tan's path was shaped by her desire for freedom, growth, and faith. Her mentors, financially independent in their 20s and 30s, made a significant impact on her life. When Matt and Tan met in a coffee shop, their shared values and dreams created an immediate bond. Tan spoke passionately about freedom, growth, and faith, exemplifying the ideals instilled by her mentors.
With the guidance and support from Tan's mentors, Matt and Tan achieved financial independence in their early 30s. Inspired by their journey, they have dedicated their lives to offering the same mentorship and guidance to others. Over the past 15 years, they have helped numerous individuals grow both professionally and personally, always rooted in their values of personal growth and love for others.
Matt and Tan's unique approach lies in their partnership. They firmly believe that a thriving home environment is essential for success in all other areas. Their story also includes raising three wonderful children and collaborating with Maxwell Leadership to develop leaders worldwide.
